Yes — we partner with Faraja, M-KOPA, and LOOP FLEX. Most bikes can be financed from a KES 5,000 deposit with payment plans up to 24 months.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes — countrywide delivery via courier. Same-day in Nairobi, next-day to major towns, 2-3 days upcountry.

Do you deliver to Uganda, Tanzania or Rwanda?

Yes — we deliver bikes across East Africa, including Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. Message WhatsApp 0725 511 513 with your town for the cost and timing.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes — Pay on Delivery is available across Kenya. Order on WhatsApp 0725 511 513 and pay when your bike arrives.

Do you accept M-Pesa?

Yes — Paybill 522533, account 7538565. We also accept Airtel Money, cards and bank transfer.

Do you service Trek, Specialized and Giant bikes?

Yes — our Shimano-certified mechanics service all premium brands. Annual tune-up is KES 6,000; book at our Dar es Salaam Road flagship in Nairobi.

Where is your showroom?

Our flagship showroom is on Dar es Salaam Road, Nairobi — home of the dedicated Giant showroom. Open Mon–Sat 8am–7pm, Sun 10am–5pm. We also have a second store at Junction Trade Centre, Tea Room Road.

Local pickup — FREE. Collect from Dar es Salaam Road, Nairobi.
Small bike (Kids bike) — KES 600.
Large bike (Adult / Mountain bike) — KES 1,500.
Accessories & parts — calculated at checkout, typically KES 300–800 depending on courier and location.

Delivery times

Nairobi metro — same day or next business day.
Other Kenyan towns — 2–4 business days via partner courier.
Pickup orders — ready within 4 working hours of payment confirmation.
