The Kileleshwa Loop
A gentle 8–12km spin taking in Laikipia Road, Kandara Road, Ring Road Kileleshwa and back down towards Gitanga. Ideal for morning fitness rides. Traffic is light before 7am and the tarmac is mostly forgiving.
Loresho and State House Road
Pushing west from Lavington up through Loresho gives you longer climbs and quieter roads. Coming back down State House Road at first light, with jacaranda trees overhead, is one of the great small pleasures of Nairobi cycling.
Karura Forest via Peponi Road
