Which size kids bike does my child need?
Go by your child's height more than age. As a guide: 12-inch for ages 2-4, 16-inch for 4-6, 18-inch for 5-7, 20-inch for 6-9 and 24-inch for 8-12. Bring your child to our Dar es Salaam Road showroom to be sized, or send their height on WhatsApp 0725 511 513.

Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. In Nairobi County you pay when it arrives; elsewhere in Kenya a KES 2,000 M-Pesa deposit confirms the order. Orders outside Kenya are paid in full before dispatch. We deliver countrywide. Order on WhatsApp 0725 511 513.
What if it is the wrong size or not right?
Tell us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will exchange it, provided it is unused: not ridden, with all its tags and accessories. We do not give refunds for a change of mind.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Everything we sell carries a 6-month warranty.
