Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. In Nairobi County you pay when it arrives; elsewhere in Kenya a KES 2,000 M-Pesa deposit confirms the order. Orders outside Kenya are paid in full before dispatch. We deliver countrywide. Order on WhatsApp 0725 511 513.
What if it is the wrong size or not right?
Tell us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will exchange it, provided it is unused: not ridden, with all its tags and accessories. We do not give refunds for a change of mind.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Everything we sell carries a 6-month warranty.
Where can I see them?
At our flagship showroom on Dar es Salaam Road, Nairobi, open Mon-Sat 8am-7pm and Sun 10am-4pm. WhatsApp 0725 511 513 to check a model before you come.
