Can I pay for a bike in instalments?

Yes — lipa pole pole: pay in instalments and collect the bike when you make the final payment. No lender, no interest, no paperwork.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes — we deliver countrywide. The delivery charge and timing are agreed with you when your order is confirmed on WhatsApp 0725 511 513.

Do you deliver outside Kenya?

Yes — we deliver bikes to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Eritrea. Those orders are paid in full before dispatch, and any import duties are paid by the buyer. Message WhatsApp 0725 511 513 with your town for the cost and timing.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes — we accept pay on delivery. In Nairobi County you pay when the bike arrives; elsewhere in Kenya a KES 2,000 M-Pesa deposit confirms the order. Orders outside Kenya are paid in full before dispatch. Order on WhatsApp 0725 511 513.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not happy with a bike, part or accessory, tell us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will exchange it. We do not give refunds for a change of mind. Message WhatsApp 0725 511 513 or bring it to the shop.

Do you accept M-Pesa?

Yes — Paybill 522533, account 7538565. We also accept Airtel Money, cards and bank transfer.

Do you service Trek, Specialized and Giant bikes?

Yes — our Shimano-certified mechanics service all premium brands. Annual tune-up is KES 6,000; book at our Dar es Salaam Road flagship in Nairobi.

Where is your showroom?

Our flagship showroom is on Dar es Salaam Road, Nairobi — home of the dedicated Giant showroom. Open Mon–Sat 8am–7pm, Sun 10am–4pm. We also have a second store at Junction Trade Centre, Tea Room Road.

Our gravel bikes start from about KES 100,000 for the Cruztrek Booster; CAMP gravel bikes start from about KES 120,000, the SAVA Gelaro carbon range starts at KES 300,000, and the Giant Revolt Advanced Pro 1 tops the range at KES 750,000.
